Refund Policy.

How cancellations, refunds, and billing issues work at Church Circuit.

Thank you for choosing Church Circuit. We are committed to helping churches grow and engage their communities effectively. Because we provide immediate access to digital services, onboarding resources, and support, the following refund terms apply.

Free Trial Period

If your subscription includes a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Once the trial period concludes and the first payment has successfully processed, all sales are final.

No Refunds After Trial

After the trial expires or if you sign up without a trial:

  • All payments are non-refundable, including subscription renewals.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for partial usage, unused time, or a change of mind.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only. You retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will promptly review the issue.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are discounted commitments. Therefore, no refunds will be given once the annual subscription has begun.

Responsibility to Cancel

It is the subscriber's responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription before renewal.

Cancellations must be completed via your Church Circuit account portal or by contacting support before the renewal date.

Chargebacks & Policy Violations

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of platform access
  • Additional fees to recover disputed amounts
