right resources to fix the issue you’re having as quickly as possible.

- Login or account access issues
- Page builder errors or unexpected behavior
- Email or SMS not sending as expected
- Automations not triggering or firing correctly
- Phone number, pipeline, or inbox issues
- Features not working as documented
- Billing questions related to your software subscription
🚫 What Support Does Not Include
Our support team is here to keep the software running smoothly. We are not able to:
- Build funnels, websites, forms, or automations for you
- Set up or manage ads, campaigns, or event strategy
- Create graphics, copy, or content assets
- Manage your ministry’s ongoing communication workflows
- Build custom integrations beyond normal platform usage
- Provide full “done-for-you” implementation services

How to get help faster
When you submit a ticket, please include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Any error messages you see
- Screenshots or a short screen recording (if possible)
- The exact page, funnel, or automation name where the issue is happening
